Okay this is super embaressing to post - it’s actually painful to look at how large I was back then. Also, bearing in mind these are ‘flattering’ before photos hahaha :/
Anyway the before shots were 15 kilos of fat ago. I stopped losing ‘weight’ back in June when I started focusing more on weight training but I have lost cms. 
P.s Don’t consider my current photo’s as after photos per sey. There is much more progress where that came from :D
Train hard. 

Awesome progress can’t wait until I’m where she is.

Do it for the gains. Totally slew my shoulder workout today. Going to be in PAIN tomorrow! And I can’t wait. The no cheats challenge is going extremely well and helping me stay on track with my diet. And my baby biceps are starting to poke out again. The sweet sweet smell of progress.

I did shoulders today too! Whoop whoop!

One of the first things they ask you in the ER is to rate your pain on a scale from 1 to 10. I’ve been asked this question hundreds of times and I remember once, when I couldn’t catch my breath and I felt like my chest was on fire, the nurse asked me to rate the pain. Though I couldn’t speak, I held up 9 fingers. Later, when I started feeling better, the nurse came in and she called me a fighter. “You know how I know?” she said, “You called a 10 a 9.” But that wasn’t the truth.

I didn’t call it a 9 because I was brave. The reason I called it a 9 was because I was saving my 10…and this was it.

Welcome to my day 4 of my new life, courtesy of imgonnamakeachange! I had a super long day at work and felt even more overworked and underappreciated (read: underpaid) than usual. I really did not want to go to the gym when I got out at 7:30, but I found myself walking there anyway and once I got on the elliptical, I was SO happy I went! I did half an hour on the elliptical and then my strength training, and then went home and had this awesome turkey burger with avocado and arugula, and sweet potato fries (that got a little burnt) - I swear, Natasha is making me eat better than I ever used to feed myself during the week! Breakfast used to be nonexistent and for dinner, more than half the time I would just eat junk food and a few beers - not healthy!!! It’s only been 4 days but I already feel so much better and so much more confident! I even took some pics at the gym, which I would never normally do. 

I have been saying this every day and I will say it for the next month - thank you Natasha!!!

nothing makes me happier than my clients being awesome!!
