Welcome to my day 4 of my new life, courtesy of imgonnamakeachange! I had a super long day at work and felt even more overworked and underappreciated (read: underpaid) than usual. I really did not want to go to the gym when I got out at 7:30, but I found myself walking there anyway and once I got on the elliptical, I was SO happy I went! I did half an hour on the elliptical and then my strength training, and then went home and had this awesome turkey burger with avocado and arugula, and sweet potato fries (that got a little burnt) - I swear, Natasha is making me eat better than I ever used to feed myself during the week! Breakfast used to be nonexistent and for dinner, more than half the time I would just eat junk food and a few beers - not healthy!!! It’s only been 4 days but I already feel so much better and so much more confident! I even took some pics at the gym, which I would never normally do.
I have been saying this every day and I will say it for the next month - thank you Natasha!!!
